We understand that sometimes, unexpected problems can occur. Please provide 72 hour notice to reschedule Your picnic. If cancelling your picnic the non-refundable deposit becomes a credit you can use for a future date + time.

If you do not provide a 72 hour notice to cancel or modify your picnic then your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to a future picnic.

We do not issue refunds only credit.
